A super awesome place to chill for a couple of days! They have a jaw-dropping variety of rooms for all budgets. Our room was mind-blowingly clean, comfy, and had a wicked shower. The breakfast was absolutely phenomenal and the reception made arranging treks a breeze. This is THE place to stay!

We stayed at Mr Charles in Hsipaw and had a fantastic experience. the staff were super kind and helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. They even helped us find someone to bring my forgotten trekking shoes to Yangon. the breakfast was delicious and provided the perfect start to our trekking adventures. We also appreciated being able to take a hot shower after our long treks. the room was big, clean, and comfortable, and we were able to arrange tours and purchase Goteik train tickets directly through the hotel. Our guide, Win, was experienced and compassionate towards the village people. He even shared snacks with them and promptly assisted us with any requests.

had a lovely stay in hsipaw and mr. charles was fantastic! room was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities i needed. staff were friendly and helpful, and the free pick-up from the station was a great perk. breakfast was delicious and the location was convenient. exceeded my expectations!

Misinformation on important details.

We were pleasantly surprised when we received complimentary transportation from the train station to the hotel. The rooms were clean, and once we opened the windows, the musty smell quickly dissipated. The location was convenient, with everything nearby. The staff, particularly Mr. Bike, was helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend this hotel.

Great Location & Clean Rooms

The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city. It was conveniently close to both the bus stop and train station, making it easy to get around. the rooms were also clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. the staff was friendly and welcoming, ensuring a pleasant experience throughout the trip.

The Wi-Fi at the hotel was extremely unreliable, and at times, nonexistent. This made it difficult to stay connected and access important information.

Clean, comfortable, and the breakfast was surprisingly good with plenty of options. It was like having a feast to start the day.

The windows were so well-designed that I could enjoy the lovely sound of pigeons raising their babies right in my room. How delightful!

We had a fantastic stay at Mr. Charles Hotel. Despite being affordable, our room had aircon, a large bathroom, a desk, and a balcony with sunset views. The hotel's location was convenient, surrounded by restaurants and easy access to trekking options. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the staff was kind and helpful. We especially appreciated their assistance in arranging our trekking shoes to be brought to Yangon. Highly recommended!
